LA-based creative collective NVDES recently released LA NVDITÉ, Vol. 1 EP last month and it’s pretty amazing. All five songs on this EP are songs you can dance to — they all have a smooth funky rhythm to them. My ears definitely like what they’re listening to and every time I do I picture myself listening to these songs with my friends at some get together at the beach/pool or at some rooftop. I think it sure has some beachy/rooftop vibes.
The best part is that NVDES is on tour with recording artist RAC and will be performing tonight at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. If you haven’t listened to this EP, I recommend doing it now — my personal favorites are: ‘May and June’ and ‘Do You Think About Me’.
