A Gari Safari Experience

Going to Gari Safari was completely a last minute thing, but I’m very glad it happened. I was suppose to be in Dallas for the weekend and ended up flying to LA. Once I found out Gari Safari was happening that Saturday I knew I couldn’t miss it.

I’ve always loved Anabel Englund’s music and persona. She’s such a free bird and has Processed with VSCO with c9 presetan amazing voice, plus she always has the best outfits! Attending Gari Safari was something I already had on my bucket list and being able to finally go to one was definitely memorable.

The second you set foot on the elevator taking you to The Standard’s rooftop you knew you were part of Gari Safari. I loved how the jungle-safari decor started in the elevator creating the illusion that you were part of this new adventure: plant strings everywhere with inflatable monkeys that were hanging from them. Once you got to the rooftop you were definitely in a safari experience accompanied by zebras, snakes, palm trees, and many more safari looks.

The lineup was also a big plus, especially because everyone was amazing in their own unique way. The night was full of energy from all great people. I left the show not only having a great time, but I now have a couple of new favorite songs as well as new artists I’ll be keeping up with.

Long story short, everything about Gari Safari was fun and unforgettable. It’s definitely an event I would recommend to everyone and the best part is that Gari Safari just announced a new show in September that’s a game changer: The Gari Safari Weekend Oasis at Palm Springs.

This Gari Safari weekend experience will be a two-day event and the very first Gari Safari sleepover taking place at The Saguaro Palm Springs hotel – a colorful hotel in the desert. The lineup is soon to be exposed but I’m sure the Gari Safari crew has something amazing planned – I mean, how can a Gari Safari weekend not be fun?! Save the date: September 23 & 24 will be something special – for more info visit the Gari Safari Facebook Page
