A little overdue but as promised I wanted to share with you guys my Splash House experience from two weekends ago. This was a very last minute trip, but I’m so happy it happened. One of my close friends here in LA won two tickets and I was the lucky +1 that got to go with him. This was also my first time going to Palm Springs, so I basically got the best of both worlds.

Before I got invited to this fest, I had no idea Splash House even existed. Once I got to see the lineup I got more excited because there were several DJs that I’d been wanting to see and now I can proudly check them off my list.

The weather was pretty hot (literally). I mean I knew I was going to the desert, but I didn’t really know what to expect. Palms Springs is definitely a getaway that I’d like to visit more often but Splash House was more than a getaway, it was a summer party! There was technically three different summer parties you could attend at Splash House (three different hotels). I only got to experience two: The Renaissance on Saturday and The Saguaro on Sunday. These were the two hotels were the DJs my friend and I were most looking forward to seeing were playing.

Saturday was probably my favorite day. I got to dance to so many incredible DJs’ music like Yolanda Be Cool, Riton, Dusky, and Duke Dumont. I was having so much fun that I didn’t even feel the day go by. Saturday started off with some tropical tunes and ended with Duke Dumont, who played both crowd favorites and his own. It was just so perfect – the weather, the drinks, the music, the vibes, and the dancing.

Sunday was a little more relaxed, I also didn’t want to get too crazy because Monday was just around the corner. The Saguaro hotel is truly something. It’s so pretty, cute, and cool. I love the decor and it made me feel like I was in a different world. We finished off the Splash House weekend dancing to some Rambo, Miguel Migs, Eli Escobar, Chris Lake, Sonny Fodera, and Justin Martin. Once the weekend came to an end it definitely felt a little more like Summer and I loved every second of it.
